Who we are
The Site is operated by BONANDI IACOPO (Via Foro Boario 10, 48022 Lugo (RA), Italy, VAT 02776330397, hereinafter “TrafficsLab” or “we”). By creating an account or placing an order you accept these Terms.
What we do
TrafficsLab acts as an intermediary: we resell engagement services (followers, likes, views and similar) supplied and fulfilled by independent third-party SMM providers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any social platform, and we never require — nor ever ask for — your social account passwords.
Orders and delivery
Orders are prepaid from your wallet and are typically processed quickly; delivery times are indicative and depend on the third-party provider. You must own the target link you submit or be authorised to promote it. Orders for targets that violate a platform’s rules may be canceled.
Wallet and payments
The wallet holds prepaid credit in USD, topped up through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices shown include our markup over provider costs.
Refunds
If an order cannot be delivered you may request a refund to your wallet. Top-ups are generally not refundable once the credit has been spent on delivered orders. Where consumer-protection law grants you stronger rights, those rights prevail.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Site for unlawful purposes, to promote content that infringes third-party rights, or in violation of a social platform’s terms. Abuse may lead to account suspension.
Limitation of liability
Because fulfillment is performed by third parties, we are not responsible for blocks, bans, limitations or other actions taken by social platforms, nor for indirect damages. Statutory liability that cannot be excluded by law remains unaffected.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are brought before the court of the consumer’s residence where the law so requires, otherwise the court of Ravenna, Italy.
