Data we collect
Account data (email address and an encrypted password), order data (service purchased, target link, quantity, status) and wallet transactions (top-ups, purchases, refunds). We also keep essential technical logs for security.
Purposes and legal bases
We process your data to create your account and fulfil your orders (contract performance, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to comply with tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)) and to keep the service secure (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f)).
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card data goes directly to Stripe and never reaches our servers.
Who we share data with
Our hosting providers process data on our behalf. SMM providers receive only the public link/target needed to fulfil your order. We never sell your data.
Retention
We keep account and order data while your account is active and for the period required by tax and accounting law, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali) or the one of your country.
